- Inspection is semi-direction requiring a general orientation of field to defect
- Not usable in area where strong magnetic field may damage instruments
- Part must be demagnetized after inspection

The inspection went well and Larry found a carbon monoxide hazard that threatened the seller living in the condo. After this find, Larry told the seller about the issue and how to fix it. All in all, Larry was through and provided good customer service. vaughan home inspection
